There are just 36 apartments in the complex, all of them
being 2 bedroom apartment, all of which have 2 bedrooms.
There is a well furnished, bright and airy sitting / dinning
room which has sofa beds and opens out onto a ballustraded
balcony or terrace.
The
accommodation has a fully fitted kitchenette with microwave
etc, and has T.V., direct dial phone and safes. The
fully fitted bathroom has a hairdryer.
The
apartments are ground or first floor.
Facilities:
The complex has a reception with money exchange and car
hire facilities, there are also laundry facilities.
There
is a good a la carte bar restaurant and also a snack bar
with terrace overlooking the pool.
Towns
and Beach: The complex is 500 meters from
the beach at Calan Bosch but only 200 meters from a good
selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
The
old capital, Cuitadella is 10 minutes by car or there is
a regular bus service from within 500 meters of the complex.
