Accommodation:
The hotel
comprises of 520 recently renovated spacious rooms each
furnished to a very high standard and brimming with modern
comforts. All rooms have a balcony and terrace, complete
bathroom, direct dial telephone and mini-fridge, satellite
TV, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning
and digital safety deposit box. The hotel also has 175 Family
rooms that consist of one separate bedroom, a reception
area, a bath and an American kitchen. 85% of the hotel’s
rooms provide an unobstructed direct sea view. All rooms
are equipped with high speed internet access.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks: The AI
programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00)
and dinner (19:00-22:00, international cuisine with live
cooking and carving station), all buffet style, served in
the Linah restaurant. The main meals can also be taken at
the Dana restaurant as follows; 07:00-10:30, 13:00-15:00,
19:30-22:00. During breakfast juices, filter coffee, tea
and hot chocolate are offered; during lunch & dinner,
soft drinks, wine, spirits, draught beer, filter coffee
and tea (local & by the glass). Also at the disposal
of the AI guests is the Casa Mia Italian restaurant from
19:00-22:00 (with prior reservation). Morning snacks such
as croissant, Danish and sandwiches are available between
10:30 & 12:00 at the Al Shalal bar. Light buffet and
sandwiches take place at the beach bar from 12:30-15:00,
while light food, salads and cakes can be found at the Al
Shalal bar and the beach bar from 15:00-17:00. Kids can
have ice cream from 15:00-16:00 at the beach bar or the
Al Shalal. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic
drinks like mineral water, soft drinks, draught beer, gin,
vodka, whiskey, brandy, rum, tea and filter coffee (all
by the glass) are served at the Al-Dar coffee shop (10:00-24:00),
Lodr’s Inn bar (17:00-24:00), Al Shalal pool bar (09:00-24:00),
beach bar (09:00-17:00) and the Sultan Garden Oriental corner
(17:00-24:00). For cocktails & long drinks there is
a list in all bars. A large bottle of mineral water is provided
daily to each guest room.

Inclusive Sports & Entertainment: Sport facilities
at the hotel include table tennis, fitness centre, aerobics
& gym, dive discovery in the pool, tennis court and
activities programme with volleyball, football, basketball,
tennis with trainer, climbing with trainer, snorkelling,
four large outdoor fresh water swimming pools (one heated,
one for kids). Entertainment includes Oriental Show and
Belly Dancer once weekly, live music every night, daily
animation programme and mini club.
Chargeable
Extras: Special coffees (espresso, cappuccino,
café latte, Turkish coffee), freshly squeeze juices,
all imported alcoholic drinks, wine & champagnes, the
Fish Market restaurant, the Rock pool bar, the Golden Club
disco, shisha, local special oriental drinks, room service,
snorkelling equipment, floodlit tennis, tennis equipment,
scuba diving, squash, massage, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath,
American billiards, climbing experience and course, baby-sitting,
limousine service, cyber café and high speed internet
in all rooms are available at a charge.
Facilities
& Services: The hotel features air conditioning
in all buildings, 24 hour room service, a clinic with Doctor
on call 24 hours a day, a pharmacy on property (as of December
1st 2006), a floating jetty, fully equipped conference and
meeting rooms (capacity 220 and 16) and free pick up to
and from the airport upon request. There is also a cyber
café, an eighteen hole mini golf course (opens March
2007), as well as a kid’s club with swings, see saws
and jungle gym. The resort also boasts a shopping center.

are subject to change. Guests should wear a bracelet during
their stay at all times in order to use the AI services.
Loss of bracelet will be charged. It is not allowed to take
food or beverages outside restaurants. Check-out time is
12:00. After 12:00 all services should be paid in cash.
A soft dress code policy for dinner in the main restaurant;
guests are required to wear long pants/trousers (no shorts)
and no sleeveless shirts - children are exempted from this
policy.
