Accommodation:
The hotel
offers 197 large and well-appointed guestrooms (doubles,
singles and exclusive suites with an additional living-room
and terrace). All rooms are designed for maximum comfort
with a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, shower and
hair-dryer, baby cot (0-2) free of charge, individually
controlled air-conditioning, Satellite TV, international
direct dial telephone, mini-fridge and in-room safety deposit
box free of charge. Most rooms are with sea view and private
balcony or terrace except of 10 family rooms which have
a big window. Baby cots are available on request and will
count as 1 person in the room and not in addition to the
maximum occupancy.
Food
& Beverage: The main restaurant serves
international and oriental specialties and offers open buffets
for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The a la carte restaurant
serves a wide range of Mediterranean and international specialties.
The pool and beach restaurants offer snacks and light meals
till sunset. As far as bars are concerned, there is a lounge
bar with piano and live music possibilities, a beach bar
and a pool bar
All Inclusive Food & Drinks: The AI
programme consists of American & Continental breakfast
(06:30-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00,
with themes, kids corner and vegetarian options), all buffet
style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant.
During breakfast & lunch tea, American coffee, mineral
water (by the glass), juices and hot chocolate or cocoa
are offered; during dinner, mineral water (by the glass),
sparkling water, tonic (by the glass), juices, soft drinks,
beer and wine (all local). Late breakfast can be taken from
10:30-12:30 at the Coral beach bar or the Fanar bar (depends
on weather). Snacks such as assorted French pastry, cakes,
tartlets, oriental snacks, cookies and ice cream by the
scoop (for kids) along with tea, coffee and juices are available
between 15:00 & 19:00 at the Juliana pool bar or the
Corallo beach bar (subject to weather). Locally produced
alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, mineral
water (by the glass), sparkling water (by the glass), soda,
juices, tea, coffee, beer, gin vodka, brandy and whiskey
are served at the Fanar bar (10:00-23:00), the Juliana bar
(10:00-23:00), the Corallo beach bar (10:00-sunset) and
the Karnak or theatre bar (during evening shows). In-room
mini bars are filled with one small bottle of mineral water
per room, upon check in.

Inclusive Sports & Entertainment: Sport facilities
at the hotel include beach tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball,
mini football, fitness centre, aerobics, aqua gym, stretching,
daily programme of sports activities, games and tournaments,
five swimming pools (one heated with children’s section
and one for kids), backgammon as well as day & night
entertainment programme provided by the international animation
team (live shows and/or live music, discotheque, etc). Especially
for kids there is a kids club (09:00-17:00, 4-12yrs old),
children pools & playground and special programme by
the animators.
Facilities
& Services: The facilities of Melia Sinai Hotel
are specially designed for divers, with 4 swimming pools
for kids and adults. One of them is heated during winter,in
addition to another swimming pool, where the introductory
diving courses take place and the International Diving Centre.
There is also a wide range of beach activities organized
by the international entertainment team. Other facilities
include: a health club with sauna, steam-room, Jacuzzi and
massage, a multi purpose court and a private beach.
